Subject: continuation of answers to latest

Hi again!

I'm posting this message because I forgot to answer Skye. And
my answer is simple:

Yes, we may someday find a way to store ourselves in a computer or
preserve ourselves in some other way. However we have no way to do
that right now, and that is why we try to get ourselves frozen with
the least possible damage.

And as I said in my last message on this subject, I was discussing
the case in which our brain might be destroyed. Unless it has
somehow been preserved beforehand, there is nothing to preserve
after its destruction. And diseases or conditions which destroy
our brain do cause a situation in which most cryonicists would
say that we have died. If our brain has NOT been destroyed, however,
we differ from normal medicine in believing that we might still
be alive.

Best and long long life to all,

				Thomas Donaldson
