As I remember Alcor and CI are already working on or have solved this, several
have solved the problem before more or less and Saul Kent has one solution in
the Principality of Lichtenstein.
I've worked on this for years by studying the Swedish fund/trust-law here,
registered 3 here and interfered in politics when the law was upgraded. In
Germany its called Stiftung, Swedish Stiftelse, in English Trust or Fund in my

books. Sweden have one very open register supervising most of them, Lichtenstein
are very closed and secret.
It better be written to cooperate with todays operations and taxlaws, since its
the best to place enough assets in good time in it and increase it. The founder
of IKEA, Swedish Ingvar Kamprad has his in Holland for the company to survive
after his death, I'll inform him of Cryonics. When I think I know where I will
live and die (if ever) the fund may be changed, according to the first golden
rule to die as close as possible to the final place.
The fund can stay here with the benefit or not of Governmental supervision
against cheating, it better be where its political stabile and I know whats

going on. Some small enclaves are more or less run by a family, Gibraltar as was
proposed for another purpose are within sight of my Spanish flat so I know it
well as a part of UK Spain are in dispute and like to get back again. Better
have it where you live if taxes and laws are good enough.
Even if I studied the law more than most lawyers in this case I better have one
more lawyercheck, or two since my lawyer is my friend who like to inherit me if
I die before him.
Another golden rule must be to live and die among Cryonicists if possible to
avoid such as i.e. Timothy Leary, as comes close to rule one.

Depending on the amount of assets if one can afford it, one better have a sum
for all those who are legally entitled inheritance, to avoid a dispute and a

trial to crack the trustfund, I have i.e. a greedy crazy sister but the rest are
OK so far, most family has some, and keep the trust apart from the family long
before death so its not my money.

I have my rules on a floppydisc in my old computer, will transform if this is

the best place, since I can live anywhere. Taxadoption is important, i.e. having
a house on a fund can cost more. Here a personal family fund pays full tax, the
one I have pays nothing due to its rules so far when I dont spend any of its
money the wrong way and increase it the right way, called taxplanning, a dirty
word for some.

One musnt forget inflation, so I've stated that only the realincome of the
valueaddition can be handed out for research and fees to the board if they need
some, my fund should pay for an Cryonics contract and Cryonics research if I
made one contract of that for the foundation, otherwise the money will go to
other matters if it cant be done, not to the family. One year of income will be
handed out to the one as can get me back as a bonus also, and there are a bonus
for the board on that very day also. A problem are who should be in the board;
To avoid any cracking attempts of the trust out of greed, the family should be
in minority, I may like to have one from the Government, my fundmanager, one

from the cryo-org (if frozen), and one independent research-advisor, if the fund
can afford their fees.

To avoid making it private it states that the one who is contracted to be frozen
for research by the fund (me), should get all the fund assets out for social
rehabilitation when getting back.

When I get time to have a wife and kiddies it will have to be adjusted a bit to
include them if they dont oppose.

Thats not all but some, also when some Swedish readers have asked me.

As for Cryonicists who may have had more fun than making money and may be

younger, you will of course also benefit from our trusts if they are still there
when or if we die. For that matter and those who can, try to make a trust where
money can be taken back without getting in jail or almost. One never knows what
will happen, i.e. here I'm for the moment a bit well off but eventually moving
to US may drain a lot where I'll have to pay more for my social security and
family etc.

PS Adding to the fascination of global Internet, why dont you state where you
are once in a while. We dont know you all yet. Particularly in mails as
otherwise looks more anonymous. Who likes anonymous letters? .se shows Sweden
etc. Com and net etc. tells nothing. In CryoNet I can see on the time a little
bit to compare with.
