Just a clarification to follow up on my earlier post regarding elephants.


The tiny, disproportionate HEAD of the Sphinx is what was NOT carved out the 
limestone bedrock.  

The BODY is carved OUT OF the flat bedrock which comprises the Giza plateau.  
The BODY was 

rained on long enough to create deep weathering patterns.  Last time it rained 
was 12,500 years 
ago.


I agree with you.  Don't just watch the Discovery channel.  Go to Cairo and see 
for yourself.

And don't just believe the dogma of the current authorities either.


Take the lesson of history and see how almost always new evidence is resisted by
those who are 
identified with the "experts" of the day.

Be open to new evidence.

Show me new evidence and I will embrace it.
