Ken Barclay wrote in message #11037 (in part):
"Reliance on authority is a refuge for those who have difficulty thinking
for themselves. Mr. Smith placed himself in that category with his
"Cryonics Syllogism" in #10979:
'Signing up for cryonics is a no-brainer.
Most humans don't sign up for cryonics.
Therefore most humans are no-brainers ...(and not therefore suitable for
neuros).'
"The obvious logical blunder in this "syllogism" was probably beyond him.

Your, right, Ken. Humor doesn't always make sense. But questioning my
intelligence and

suggesting my disagreements with Objectivism stem from "insecurities" is not
discussing these

ideas, either. This was what the Soviet Union did with dissidents - assumed
mental defects were

responsible for their disagreements with Communism and send them to psychiatric
hospitals to get
"cured".

Relax. I am writing my book, already! I won't try and write it here first.
