My policy, at least, lets me cash it in at any time. I presume that someone given power of attorney for my affairs, can do likewise. Now, after a certain time, the cash in value of the policy will exceed its nominal value. This is usually about the time I am 75 or so. So, here's an investment opportunity: 1. Cryinvco buys my policy. 2. Cryinvco pays the suspension charges up front. 3. Cryinvco cashes in my policy at the time I would be 100 years old. 4. Cryinvco keeps what it paid to the cryo provider. 5. The remainder is held in a fund to be returned to me when I am deanimated.
