This is, of course, a terrible problem. I hope something reasonable
can be worked out in whatever time is available. Currently, the cheapest
"normal" freeze I know of is $28,000. Other options are possible, and 
there are some tentative efforts to start offering still other, lower-cost 
options. (Anyone interested can contact me privately.)

Regarding the "identity" issues, some may think it inappropriate that we
are spending time on these when certain people like Mr.
Nunnally have more immediate problems to worry about. But I feel there
is a place for both. Identity issues do by appearances
keep a lot of people from signing up, who would otherwise do so.
