Kennita gave an extensive analysis of factors to answer Thomas
Nord's question, and then said:

Kennita,

You overworked the question. Since it has to be warm, and near a Cryonics
perfusion facility, you can start with "near Phoenix" or "near Rancho
Cucamonga". From there, you can look to the other factors.

Thomas,

Regarding the risk of getting murdered, I recall a story in Fortune that said
that the

high U.S. murder rate is attributable entirely to its urban areas- that, for
example,

one is safer in a U.S. suburb than in the so-called safe city I live in
(Toronto), and
one is much safer in a rural area. So, Thomas, I'm sure you could find lots of
places in the U.S. that would be as safe as where you live.

There are books that rate all U.S. communities for their desireability for
retirement.
You could find much of the data you'd want (e.g. climate, crime, medical care)
in one of these. For example, Retirement Places Rated looks at

"more than two hundred top retirement areas according to costs of living,
 housing,

climate, personal safety, services, employment opportunities, and leisure
activities,

and guides in choosing the best location for one's lifestyle" (according to its
Amazon.com review).
