The RBOCs might like that, but (a) it's not a tax; the original tax hoax IS
a hoax, (b) it's not bloody likely -- I am secretary of TISPA, the Texas
ISP Association, and we watch that kind of stuff, and there are lots of
more pressing threats -- and (c) NO random "call to arms" about the
Internet, the ozone layer, or Mrs. Fields' cookies belongs on this list.
