I am not sure of the logic of this. If a hated relative is annihilated, then 
you lose the chance to win them round to your way of thinking. Throughout 
all eternity, your mind contains a memory of that relative at loggerheads. 
If your hated relative was cryopreserved and reanimated, (s)he would most 
likey be forced to come around to your way of thinking.

Of course the legal battles and risk etc of cryopreserving someone against 
their will may not be worth this convoluted sort of revenge, but that is 
another issue. 

Nothing is absolutely certain anyway - one day Tipler's physics or a version 
of it may be demonstrated to be reality, and one of his neutronium cylinders 
be made and used to bring everyone back. I wouldn't bet my life on it, but I 
couldn't say with absolute certainty it would never happen.
