Eric: There is no such thing as immortality to bother about yet without
Cryonics. Even if the age-gene is found an accident can happen and someone
can blow our brains out, no cure in sight for everything yet.

Thomas D: My friend I think you are a bit out in the blue guessing this
time. Havent I signed up yet? You didnt know but guessed correctly. But I do
have all the paperwork as I assume is made for US legislation. I'm not shure
if that will work on us, as long as I live up here and ie you live down
under (Australia). Once in US its probably OK. I didnt get hold of my lawyer
tonight to doublecheck my legal knowledge, in the matter of an agreement
signed here and sent to US. Its a matter of legal forum. If the money is
here the dispute will be here as long as I live here, and will be here if I
die here. I know whats best for the Cryo.-orgs as they wish first, an
lifeinsurance as will fall out on them without doubt. If a trustfund should
pay out, someone in the fund has to sign it and may delay. An insurance have
less doubt as I see it.
I've already written what I will do, get an insurance as a guarantee, keep
the rest in my trustfund and make a will with some money for my near ones
also stating they will get nothing if they get in a dispute over Cryonics.

The best is probably to only live with dedicated people and dont tell the
others until its to late. The other ones dont have a burial to go to anyway
so they miss nothing there. Defrosting and reclaim must be more far out than
a hazzle in the start.

Anyone can die suddenly but may get back with Cryonics:
