I wouldn't be too sure of that.
Try talking to your own doctor about the situations that would cause him
to call for  an autopsy. You may find out that his attitude towards a
sudden death, say at home, of an older person or someone with a terminal
illness is that he would consider it  a heart attack. I suggest a
diplomatic approach so that your doctor would not be concerned that you
are making him a co-conspirator. You may find that your doctor is very
sensitive to the trauma to relatives caused by an autopsy.
I know I was very pleasantly surprised when the subject came up.
