Re: Mr. Kent, #11723 and Mr.Ettinger, #11733

BioTransport, Inc. is completing its initial Offering of Shares Package,
including a business and action plan.

During this initial (and therefore highest risk ) investment phase, the
investment package will be made available under applicable securities
regulations, only to knowledgeable, qualified and accredited investors.
During subsequent financing efforts, equities will be made publicly
available through a DPO (Direct Public Offering.)

The company will provide contracted services to cryonics patients. This
includes readiness, standby, rescue, and suspension, to dry ice
temperature, for transport to a pre-determined long term storage
facility. These services will be offered to all approved members of
otherwise qualified cryonics organizations, and non-affiliated " last
minute " patients who meet specific criteria.

Service contract discussions are ongoing with The Alcor Life Extension
Foundation and the CryoCare Foundation.

Technology contract discussions are ongoing with Alcor and ABS to
acquire licensure of cryonics capabilities, applications and products.

The commencement and breadth of services is dependent on the success and
speed of the financing, service and technology contract efforts. It is
the intention of the company to provide its' services significantly
sooner than the one or two years, as estimated by Mr. Ettinger in his
post 11733.

Inquiries or comments, may be posted to this forum; to myself
() or for BioTransport internal distribution
().

Respectfully,

Michael Riskin
