Subject: Preservation
From: Thomas R Mazanec <>

Do we even know HOW to evaluate our present methods of
preservation? Maybe a few decades from now, when we can
study/control matter on an atomic scale, we'll find out that
cryopreservation was capable of preserving brains in a revivable state,
but chemical vitrification (or whatever "more advanced method") that
replaced
it in 2001 was NOT, and that all the people preserved with the
"superior" method are lost.
