Hi:
.... The current thread about "strange", "weird"
"odd" people at cryonics meetings triggered a memory of the that old
song "People Are Strange" by the 60's rock group, the Doors. 
And then there's that old Twilight Zone episode 
about a future society where its required by law
to be "normed",   This could get worrisome if
carried to an obsessive length in a diverse society.   That's how cults
get started.  
     I'm not going to worry about it.  I'll relate to
people and groups that I like and that like me.
Sameness bores me to tears and not what life
to me should be all about.   I think all the "normal" people should join
the Boring Institute.
