I would argue that it does not. The market is still way too small, and
people are not using profesionals as much as possible. ACS has
problems, but I would argue that very often you can find organizations
with problems (like Chrysler) that don't reflect badly on the entire
idea they represent (like having commercial car manufacturers).

Someone, prehaps Keith, said that they were not so concerned about
money as to feel the need for a trust department to be watching over
their money. I strongly disagree. Your future survival depends
intimately on whether the assets keeping you at LN2 temperatures are
preserved. In this regard, no offense intended, I trust Union Bank of
Switzerland far more than the Alcor board.
