I don't think this is really worth worrying about - if the technology is
there to nano-repair DNA they would certainly be able to reproduce an EXACT
set of your DNA by sampling 50-100 different cells from different parts of
the your frozen body.

Obviously things like skin cells are going to be affected by more mutation
than some other (more protected or more slowly dividing) cells - but you can
catch the mutations by doing a number of comparisons.
