I assume there is a lot of wind on your land. Greenhouses could be allowed
even if it is not a building land. Some inovative "houses" could then be built
in the protected garden area. Some airports, mostly in japan have have
sleeping box hotels. this is all you need under a greenhouse. Thosewho want
a more traditional house would find one in Porthtowan.

What is "scientific interest"? simple pastures where sea birds can land?
Some fast growing trees put here to soak up sewage water would be
more interesting to them. May a lawer understand that? (I have some doubts).
