I'm not sure you're whether you're being serious or not here.

Assuming you are, though, let me toss this out.

Cryonicists don't really accept that suspendees are dead since we define
death as irretrievable loss.  We are hoping to resuscitate these people, not
bring them back from the dead.

If you believe they are dead, explain at what point they actually died and
released their spirit. And what do you suspect the status of suspendees'
spirits to be?  Are they on "the other side"?  Will the first person that is
reanimated be automatically re-infused with this spirit entity, suddenly
yanking it back into this world? What if the spirit can't be yanked back.
What would a reanimated person be like without this spirit?

Personally, I can understand why this show is on the SciFi Channel (though
the Comedy Channel might be a better venue).
