Subject: real estate and suspension
References: <>

I've been fascinated by the discussion of real estate and other investments
as related to ways of keeping them upon "reanimation" and funding the
suspension. As an active residential real estate practitioner, I belong to a
couple of e-mail lists of real estate brokers and agents in North America
and I forwarded to them a clip about this discussion. I'll keep you posted
on whatever insights and opinions are forwarded to me on the issue.

While we are at it, I was curious to know if anyone can shed some light for
me on possibility of retaining your assets while you are in suspension for
the sole purpose of using them upon "coming back" by this individual. I
understand that Switzerland allows this kind of a "non-living" :-) trust
when the trust governs your affairs while you are suspended. Can anyone
point me to these resources or something that can add more to my
understanding of retaining the assets in the future when the individual is
back from suspension? How does US treat this? What role will probate have in
this? Are there any other alternatives to it?

Thank you so much for any assistance. Enjoy reading the digest every
morning - get me going even more!

Sincerely,

IGGY Dybal
