Subject: jogging and lifespan

About jogging:

One thing the scientific study did NOT do was and is very important.
Before we decide that jogging increases longevity, we have to not only
show that those who jog at high ages live longer, but also that
the reason for their longer life is their jogging ... as opposed to
the opposite possibility, that because they will have a long life
they can actually continue to jog at high ages.

Clearly our response to such information will differ depending on
which of these possibilities turns out to be true. The paper clearly
did not deal with that issue.

Best wishes and long long life for all,
