I took a look at the trust agreement, and IMO the settlor's spouse, kids, or other relatives could likely defeat it if they chose to try. I'd prefer holding a membership in some form of co-operative whose membership would probably be limited to people who anticipated undergoing, or had already udergone, cryonic suspension. Aside from the fact that a trust instrument such as the one shown probably wouldn't fly if it were challenged, it's too static. Who knows what meaning money & land might have for people living 50 years from now? I get the feeling that even many of the people on the list don't appreciate the extent to which the world is going to change within the coming 50 years. I say "is" rather than "might" because I don't see any way around some sort of radical change. Too many aspects of human civilization are spiking even now. ========= Damien Broderick Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=15100
