Thanks for sending the stuff about the trust. I took a look at the trust 
agreement, and IMO the settlor's spouse, kids, or other relatives could 
likely defeat it if they chose to try.

I'd prefer holding a membership in some form of co-operative whose 
membership would probably be limited to people who anticipated undergoing, 
or had already udergone, cryonic suspension. Aside from the fact that a 
trust instrument such as the one shown probably wouldn't fly if it were 
challenged, it's too static. Who knows what meaning money & land might have 
for people living 50 years from now?

I get the feeling that even many of the people on the list don't 
appreciate the extent to which the world is going to change within the 
coming 50 years. I say "is" rather than "might" because I don't see any way 
around some sort of radical change. Too many aspects of human civilization 
are spiking even now.
