I'll stick with the concept of  Primo  because with Primo the idea is to
keep improving the transhuman body.  This site you suggest is about
tinkering with the "human" body. And, for most of us on these lists, the
chronological age of 100 is a mere beginning.

In living longer - much longer - we will be applying various technologies,
such as nanotechology (as suggested by Robert Freitas with the idea of
nanobots communicating throughout the body), rather than relying on human
evolution to extend our lives moderately.

It's a good idea to suggest and discuss many alternatives to our human and
early transhuman bodies by unleashing the imagination and not restricting
the medium.
