        What is your evidence that the leaders of CryoCare were not
"especially effective"?  If it is because CryoCare is no longer active, the
reason for has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the organization's
leaders.

        CryoCare is inactive because it was decided that the scientists
involved in CryoCare needed to do research on a full-time basis and
would, therefore, have little or no time to provide cryopreservation
services.  
If this decision had not been made, CryoCare would be active today and 
would be competing vigorously with other organizations.
