It appears he just wants some good-quality freezing footage to use in his "art." It doesn't appear like he has a big budget. I think we should try to accomodate him with a reasonable price (say $200) for a copy of the video and the right to use excerpts, with attribution, in a new work. I can take care of copying and shipping if you don't have time. Please copy me if you reply directly. Edgar ========================================================================= Dear Sirs,</bigger></bigger><fontfamily><param>Arial</param><color><param>0101,0000,0000</param> <bigger><bigger>I have viewd your video "Life after death" which I found most interesting. Unfortunately the quality of the picture is very poor. I was wondering if it would be possible to obtain a better copy of it, either via the internet or by post.</bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger>I am an artist, and I am working on a new series of works of art, under the general heading 'medical art'. For this project I am colaborating with a number of surgeons. Together with them we prepare videos of actual operations that will be used in my installation. However the idea of the project tries to look also in the future, and to where medicine goes. Under this scope, one of the issues that I am covering is cryonics, a direction which I appload and would like to include in my project. That is why I am interested in a clearer version of your above video, as well as for a video showing in more detail, the operations undertaken for the freezing of the patient.</bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger>If of interest to you, you can visit my website www.lialapithi.com , to see what I have done recently, and in which this project will appear soon after it has finished.</bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger>Looking forward to receiving your news</bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger>Best regards</bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger>Lia Lapithi Shukuroglou</bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger></bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger>Fax: 00 357 2 482331</bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger>Postal address:</bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger>14, Demosthenous str.</bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger>1101 Nicosia</bigger></bigger> <bigger><bigger>CYPRUS</bigger></bigger> </color></fontfamily> Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=15812
