I think the concept of AI enforcing "Morals" is very dangerous, because
morals can be all things to all men.

The National Socialist Party was on a moral idealistic utopian quest to rid
humanity of all evils by eugenics. Its leader said the project would take
about 600 years after which time there would be no cripples, deformed sick
people only healthy super-beings. Based on flawed science, this utopian
ideal became the exact opposite as soon as it was applied by compulsion,
starting with the extermination of one badly deformed baby on their leader's
personal orders and ending with attempts at the extermination of entire
groups of humans. In their "debate" on the issue, people throughout the
world killed each other in millions.
