I confess that I've been merely skimming over the subject lines
of CryoNet for some time now, but I agree that it would be great
to meet in person someday. Arguments about Deep Stuff are rarely
resolved by any single conversation, but a face-to-face meeting
allows for some styles of interaction that would be difficult to
replicate in media such as e-mail or even IRC.

I hope you made your decision yesterday. As you probably know,
they charge an extra $100 if you register after March 29th.

I came thi-i-i-is close to going this year, but once again it
looks like I won't make it. I hope we can meet someday, Rudi,
along with many of the other CryoNet and Foresight folks.
Barring a last-minute change of plans, however, it won't happen
this April.

Best of luck finding a roommate. If Will Ware offers to share
hotel expenses with you, I can vouch that he's a great roommate
-- unless what you're *looking* for is a noisy all-night party
animal. Then again, I've never seen Will in a boisterous mood,
so perhaps I've only witnessed his quiet side. :-)
