Kennita's ten mile comfort zone during a nuclear detonation will be
short lived. The complexities of comparison to a conventional explosion
can't be calculated accurately in a linear way, or any other way, for
that matter. Even a small nuclear device detonated within a few hundred
miles of Phoenix, for example, will cause power grids of all kinds to be
neutralized ( unless there are a few old timers depending on vacuum tube
technologies for power relay etc.) from effects of electromagnetic
pulse. Period.
You all can look up these technologies and reach conclusions on your own
time. However, using the internet for technical research is a good way
to receive disinformation as well. In any event, this scenario would be
then end of stasis.
