Ah, Mark, I would be careful making such a wish.

Adventure stories are generally about horrible thing which happen to people 
and the ways they get out of them.

Most real life adventures are about horrible things which happen to people 
and they usually don't get out of them unless you count dying.  I point you 
to a posting last night on alt.religion.scientology where Peter McWilliams 
speaks from the grave describing the fates of those who signed the 
Declaration of Independence.

If you have been following my adventures recently you would know why I 
often feel like a character in a novel written by Gore Vidal and John 
Grisham with dire overtones of Steven King.
