I don't think Broderick is signed up; he denies it, if somewhat 
apologetically, it in *The Last Mortal Generation* (pp. 224-25). Halperin 
and of course Ettinger are. Ettinger's one published SF story, "The 
Penultimate Trump" (which incidentally offers an early version of the 
cryonics hypothesis [freezing but not LN2]) appeared in *Startling 
Stories*, Mar. 1948. It was reprinted in Alcor's publication, *Cryonics*, 
May 1991.
