Studying the Bible and other theological writings seems too much like homework to have broad appeal in this society. Some futurists are forecasting that literacy will disappear in a few decades any way once we can interact with AI's by voice instead of text, so that probably bodes ill for scripture-based religions. Of course, the trend towards "aliteracy" is already well underway: http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/wp-dyn?pagename=article&node=&contentId=A23370-2001May13 Sincerely, Mark Plus Stay informed about the battle for Enlightenment-based civilization.
