Mentone, Texas, the country seat of Loving County,
Texas, the least populated county in America. County
population = 67, city pop ~ 20.

If 50 cryonicists moved into Menton, we could control
the county and city. No more bothersome local
regulations to mind.  Long way to a hospital
though....
