Yes, and I'll even reiterate: Someone paying dues, getting a magazine, and getting suspended (i.e. being a member) is not harmful to my survival. On the other hand, someone damaging the patient care area *is* harmful to my survival. I wholehearted support efforts to restrict access to patients by members and non-members alike (provided this can be done with due consideration to PR and accountability aspects). I don't how many more ways there is to say this, but I'll try again. Being an Alcor member fundamentally means getting a suspension if you need it. It does not have to mean any more than this. I don't have any problem with the idea of restricting access to any aspect of Alcor's operations-- even arbitrarily --to any member. I don't object to selective ostracism, or even barring obnoxious members from attending social events. I *do* object to revoking suspension service commitments for any reason other than financial. --- Brian Wowk Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=1812
