Subject: Reanimation executors?

Hello to All,

I am a comparative newcomer to the world of cryonics, and find myself with
a few questions to add to the plethora of discussions already in progress.
I am hopeful that some of you may have answers for me:

1)When, in the future, a person is reanimated, who (if anyone)will be
responsible for the person/body in question? Will it be the organization
that engineered the suspension, or would someone else have been
elected--prior to suspension--to assume responsibility for the new "immortal?"

2) Is it supposed that the brain will also be animated (is this possible?)
and if not, from whence will the reanimated person's sensibilities come? Is
there a current theory regarding this matter?

3)Does cloning play a part in the reanimation process, insofar as the
cloning of DNA and if so, has this yet been attempted or in any way
substantiated?

I would sincerely appreciate your input.
Thank you,
Carole Eklund
