You're right, it will be difficult to convince even a small fraction of (as you say) a notoriously conservative medical community to accept the possibility that cryonic suspension might work. However this is an important thing to do (but not the only important thing of-course). Some of us in the UK have a interest in this and hope to launch a project with such an educational element directed at medical professionals soon.
