I continue take Q10 everyday and, if anything, I've still got at least a 10 year advantage over the majority of those seniors of similar chronological age. It seems to me that the goal of improving ones longevity by any means is logically consistent with ones interest in cryonics as a longer life will increase the chance that major developments in cryobiology will improve cryonics protocols.
