Sorry but it isn't as easy as that as I am sure many may explain. The best
way to look at it is that those who want to take part in what you rightly
call an experiment (the outcome isn't known) not only have to agree for the
use of their dead (as defined by law rather than reality) bodies  but to put
up some of the costs of the experiment. However this is not as onerous as it
sounds, as life insurance can be used for a monthly cost no greater than
many ordinary activities. Alternatively investments made that can provide
the funding. If you already have enough money for a cryopreservation it can
go on working for you whilst held in trust to be used when you "die".
