Just for this single comment, should my girlfriend and I marry, we will have TEN kids and name one of them Toby! That'll teach you!! : ) Considering how few cryonicists there are in the world, how many offspring we have as a group just does not matter. And in fact, by having kids we could definitely swell our numbers, even though I admit this is a very slow way of doing so. And hopefully within a half century or less cryonics will not even be necessary as a form of extreme life extension. 2. Cultural enclaves, where cryonicists live as in >the 1990's/2000's and strictly forbid any form of >other technology from entering that space, need to >exist. As simply one among MANY options for reanimated cryonicists, I would agree with you. Some people might find this very comforting, at least for the first few weeks or months of their return to the world. Frankly, speaking for myself, I would want to GET OUT into the big wide universe and see what is going on out there!! Toby, how about you? best wishes, John Check out Cupid School where you will learn from Matchmaker's best and brightest.
