If you missed the first reference, may I again suggest that you go to the 
Life Extension Website and utilize their format for writing your senator 
regarding this important piece of legislation. Here again is the URL:

I understand the House version of this bill, which basically criminalizes any 
cloning research with human cells, has already passed.  We know Bush wants to 
ban cloning, and is not making a clear distinction between therapeutic and 
reproductive cloning.

If I am wrong about this, I am willing to be corrected.

SO, the SENATE is our last line of defense here.  I rarely write letters to 
lawmakers, as I think this practice is mostly "pissing in the wind."  

But, I think this issue is one which the scientific, extropian, cryonics, 
humanistic family can really pull together on.  Please write now.  LEF has 
made it very easy.
