Unlike some, I *am* interested in information about the past, both general
and personal, good, bad, ugly, pretty, etc. I strongly agree with Thomas
Donaldson when he says (#18856):

>I was disturbed to hear about the destruction of old cryonics
>correspondence by both Bob and Mike Darwin. My reason is simple:
>such correspondence will eventually tell us a good deal about
>how cryonics successfully came into existence. As historical
>material it is irreplaceable.

>I would hope that both men reflect a bit more about what they
>are doing... assuming that the destruction hasn't already
>occurred.

I too hope it hasn't occurred yet! If you are looking for a home for old
files, send them to me and I'll try hard to find a place for them, whether
with Alcor (there is interest here in preserving the past) or with the
Venturist organization (also interest here) or someplace else.

We should have these items if they were part of the CSNY files, but it
might take a lot of digging through materials that would have to be
retrieved from Underground Storage Vaults in Kansas.
