"Every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine
what shall be done with his own body; and a surgeon who performs an
operation without his patient's consent commits an assault for which he is
liable in damages."
I'm not a lawyer or anything yet, but I am a high-school debater (i know,
nothing compared being a full-fledged lawyer), but from what I know, unless
there is a supreme court ruling or another high-court ruling that says
otherwise I am pretty sure that would be completely legal. Or if the person
put it in his will to be frozen that should also be legally binding.
