Let me also add that fiber composites could still have a place in your
design; Pressure vessels have a tendency to fail explosively, and unless
designed with a VERY high safety margin, should be surrounded by a
containment capable of stopping high speed fragments. Though feroconcrete
might be a better choice from a cost effectiveness standpoint.
