Subject: Cellular precision in cryoprotectant delivery

Cryofolk,

Don't get your hopes up. It isn't here yet.
But,...it's on its way.

The human body is just a huge colony of 'amoebas on a
stick'. The real action is at the cellular level.
And each of hundreds of cell types deserves its own
custom cryopreservative cocktail delivered
transmembrane, with precision and efficiency, to the
cellular interior.

How shamefully primitive is our 'modern' medical
'technology' (ptooie! Hardly deserves the name!) that
indescriminantly flushes the body wholesale with some
chemical, and then relies on the dumb and often feeble
mechanism of simple diffusion to get it in useful
quantities where it may do some good.

But there is hope that, one day, we will put our shame
behind us, a thing of the past.

Important advances in the development of drug delivery
vehicles
