I was terribly sorry to hear about Leonard. His brother David, also a 
cryonicist, worked with me here at the Mountain View Motel a few years ago. 
I e-mailed David my condolences.

Leonard is not the first cryonicist to die the True Death in a gratuitous 
travel-related misadventure in a remote area. Maybe cryonicists should 
resist the urge to go around the world playing Jonny Quest.
