Plenty of false statement in that web page, for example: man can't create 
radio-activity!!! This is plain wrong: for example silver + neutron gives 
radio-active silver when there was no radio-activity at start. Gold may be 
used in the same way to make dirty bombs. All of that give no confidence in 
the value of other statements by the author. 

Fossil fuels are bad, yes but fission on Earth is even worst. If you want 
nuclear industry, put it on the Moon!
