Congratulations to Mike Perry, Dave Pizer, John Grigg, etc. on an absolutely
WONDERFUL issue of this magazine!

Anyone reading this would have a clear understanding of the energy,
enthusiasm, and youthful vibrancy of the cryonics movement. These are still
early days, my friends! You still have YOUR chance to make a difference and
be an ACTIVE part of this increasingly strong, bonded, technically literate,
scientifically astute, "family".

There is a very detailed and complete article about the CRYOSUMMIT that I
encourage all serious cryonicists to read.

This is some *real* progress, nailed to paper, with both "general" agreements
in principal and "specific" committments with real live names attached to
them. Not "here is what should be done" with the oft used "passive verbs"
but instead, "here is what Robert Newport is doing, and will do, here is what
Jerry Lemler, David Shoemaker, and Bob Ettinger are doing."

(OK...I will admit it. I have been in a number of different board meetings
where *I* used the passive verbs...it was because I did not want to stick my
neck out and commit "I *will* do this.) But this Cryosummit clearly had some
people of action...

Genuinely exciting material!

And as an added plus, there is an article by Cryonet's "own" John
Grigg...complete with his trademark enthusiasm, candor, exclamation
points(!!), and characteristic LOL! You gotta love this guy! LOL!

So, congratulations again, and please accept my heartfelt thanks to all
involved in both the Cryosummit and Ventureville projects. Your vision,
integrity, and hard work are deeply appreciated by all thoughtful people in
the growing cryonics and transhumanist community.

Warmly and Sincerely Yours,

Rudi
