Even though there are no question marks, I will assume there are some questions 
here. 

How do you store a billion old people?  =  One brain at a time. 

Who will pay for it?  = Each person who doesn't want to be dead forever will.


What if they are wrong and cryonics revival is done first?  --- Wrong question.
More important question is -- What if you die and are not suspended?
