For the question about ability to revive preceding ability to
eliminate aging:
First of all, there is no problem. If we can't revive someone
to good health then there is no reason to revive them in the
first place (given that no special circumstances, such as the
need for someone's testimony in a trial existed --- after which
they would be suspended again).

Unlike normal medicine, there is no need to apply a technology
just because it exists.

However there is still another point to be made here: it may
turn out not only possible but actually very likely that we
can revive people before we can FULLY deal with their aging.
After all, NONE of the present antiaging treatments envisioned can
bring immortality. They just extend healthy lifespan. So after
our revival we may well undergo further treatments to extend our
lives still further. But that is hardly a problem.
