Well yes, if you include the word "available." But I don't think there is
much avaiable yet. We will have to develop that as time goes on. For now,
we do not have affordable permanent housing for cryonicists. When we do a
few years in the future, we would home to trade some of the rent for
services. A community of people working towards a common goal, not dying,
sounds like what our ultimate goal should be.

I guess I am not as sure as you are where these people are and if they are
ready to trade today. For now we just have the resort part open. Perhaps
the will be people of the computer and medical field that will retire here
in the future, but to get trees and groceries would mean that we would have
to luck out and find a local nursury owner or grocery store owner that is
into cryonics. I doubt that there is one of either in the whole USA, let
alond central Arizona. But the idea is good and we will take into
consideration skills that people can trade off.

The Creekside Preserve is a for-profit company and therefore pays tax. At
present our resort is open to cryoncists and non-cryoncists alike. There
simply are not enough cryoncists available in the world to make it an
exclusive place at this time.

Perhaps in the future when there tens of thousands of cryonicists there will
be enough interested in coming to Arizona for conventions and conferences to
make it pay for Creekside to be just for cryonicists. however, the
retirement center at Ventureville (planned for the future) will just be for
cryonicists.

You don't know me, but let me assure you that I am one who is good at saving
pennies.
