Hi everyone!

The basic idea behind freezing criminals is to provide a better
time and place for either their punishment or their repair into
people who are not criminals. 

I did not intend it as a way in which a criminal could escape
his/her crimes, nor could it be used that way whatever I 
intended. Remember that suspendees are helpless.

PS: I personally think that it would allow criminals to have
their brains fixed so that they cease to be criminals, but that's
a far more complex question than whether or not to freeze them.
