A few notes on the Arizona CryoFeast coming Sunday, Dec 15th.

1. We now have several people who are bringing deserts. We can use something
in the other fields below;
    Salads, cold veggies
    Bread - rolls, bagels,
Side dishes (potatoes, beans, hot veggies)
    Beverages (pop, juice)

2. Drop me a line ( ) and let me know what you are bringing, so
I can coordinate.

3. Even if you are too rushed to bring anything, that's ok, but drop me a
line and let me know how many in your party so I can get an approximate count
and know what to supply and for how many.

4. Also, if you think you *might* want a room Friday or Saturday night, or
Sunday night, let me know.

5. If you play an instrument - bring it along.

6. If you don't have transportation, call John for the shuttle schedule -
they will drop you off at our parking lot and pick you up the next day or so? I
don't know how they run on weekends, call John and he will give you the numbers
of the shuttles that go from Prescott to Phoenix and back. John is at the
Creekside 928 632-0777

7. If you need a ride and can't make the shuttle, email me and I will try to
find you a ride with someone who is driving up.

For those who come up Saturday evening, we can decorate the lodge Great Room and
the Cryomas Tree and if it is not too cold we can have a bon fire at the fire
pit area. Bring your jacket and scarf just in case.

Don't be shy if you have never been to a cryofeast, they are a social gathering
just like going home for the holidays.

You don't have to live in Arizona to attend.

Look forward to seeing old friends and making new ones.

David, Trudy and John.
